Underground rail transport sector due to high benefits in passenger transport, traffic reduction, fast transfer, low energy consumption and environmentally friendly, no major environmental pollution and low depreciation in the fleet, has a very important position in the urban transport sector and is one of the pillars. Is essential for the development and resilience of cities; Therefore, the country's railway infrastructure must ensure its proper functioning in times of crisis. In this research, the resilience of Tehran metro lines has been investigated using the HAZID method. HAZID method is a systematic method for identifying safety hazards, threats and their vulnerabilities at different stages. In this method, existing and potential risks and threats are examined in two general and partial ways. Imam Khomeini metro line was evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The condition of the electrical system, ventilation duct, fire extinguishing and control center was studied based on safety standards, study and existing gaps. Finally, the risks identified in Expert Choice software were prioritized. The results showed that the highest risk is related to floods, leaks and floods, followed by earthquakes and congestion. Finally, the final score of Tehran Metro was at level 3; This means that part of the body of the organizational structure is not specifically available on issues related to security systems, but it is necessary to develop newer safety guidelines.
