The gap between theory and practice is a major challenge for the successful implementation of strategic human resource management, which has prevented many organizations from being very successful in implementing human resource strategies. The main purpose of this study is to study comprehensive, accurate and in-depth theoretical foundations in the field of successful implementation of strategic human resource management in order to achieve a more comprehensive and accurate understanding in this area and to develop studies from a theoretical and practical perspective. In order to comprehensively and accurately analyze the theoretical foundations of the implementation of strategic human resource management, a systematic review approach was used and after determining the research question and the search and screening strategy of the identified cases, finally 41 related researches were extracted and analyzed. In order to conceptualize the implementation of strategic human resource management, three different theoretical types including the alignment of human resource strategies and macro strategies of the organization, the role of implementing human resource strategies on organizational performance and how to implement and factors affecting the implementation of human resource strategies were identified and explained.
