In today's dynamic and competitive environment, organizations need to strengthen organizational justice, promote the spirit of hope, and pay attention to employee self-efficacy to achieve long-term sustainability and success. The spirit of hope, as a key approach, can play an effective mediating role in this regard. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of the spirit of hope in the relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice and self-efficacy of human resources in the municipal services sector. The present study is "applied" in terms of the time of the research, the first six months (1403), in terms of its purpose, and "descriptive-survey" in terms of its nature. The statistical population of this study included employees of Semnan Municipality, and the statistical sample was determined to be 237 people. The data were collected using a questionnaire and SPSS and LISREL software were used for analysis. The research findings showed that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee self-efficacy. Also, the spirit of hope directly affects employee self-efficacy. The results indicate that organizational justice dimensions have a significant effect on the spirit of hope. In addition, indirect path analysis showed that organizational justice dimensions affect employee self-efficacy through the spirit of hope. In general, the spirit of hope, as a mediating variable, plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between organizational justice dimensions and self-efficacy
