Abstract
The present study aims to identify and analyze the factors affecting the adoption of enterprise resource management and business intelligence systems in System Partners (ERPBI). The present study is an applied study in terms of its purpose. In terms of the nature and approach to data collection and analysis, this study is a descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population of this study is all employees of System Partners who are somehow related to ERP and BI systems. The sampling method is purposive. The number of interviewees is determined to be between 10 and 15 people, which may be adjusted according to the theoretical saturation principle. Semi-structured interviews have been used as a tool to collect research data in this study. The data obtained from semi-structured interviews were examined using qualitative content analysis. Using thematic analysis of the interviews, three main axes were identified: challenges (such as technical complexity, lack of training, and resistance to change), facilitating factors (such as information quality, managerial support, and learning culture), and suggestions (such as improving the user interface, targeted training, and strengthening technical support). The results showed that the adoption of these systems is influenced by a set of technical, human, and organizational factors, and that simply upgrading technology is not enough for success. Continuous managerial support, improving the user experience, and empowering employees play a key role in improving productivity and satisfaction with these systems. It is also suggested that future research examine the long-term and environmental effects of these systems.
