Identifying the types of factors affecting livability and analyzing their role as a practical solution for improving the livability of integrated areas in the city. The present study was conducted to investigate the livability of the integrated areas in the Tabriz metropolis. The purpose of the research is practical and its nature is descriptive-analytical and inferential research. The statistical population of the research consists of 24,961 households living in six integrated regions, of which 387 people were selected as the sample size using the Cochran method. The number of indicators in this research is 58 indicators related to economic, social, and environmental aspects. The analysis of research findings was done using descriptive statistics tests such as mean, standard deviation, and standard deviation, Moran's spatial autocorrelation test, as well as inferential statistics tests such as Pearson's test, stepwise linear regression test, and ANOVA.The results of the spatial Moran test showed that economic, environmental, and social variables are correlated with the values of 0.212, 0.165, and 0.155 respectively with the spatial distribution of livability in the integrated areas of Tabriz. Also, Pearson's results showed that economic, social, and environmental variables are related to urban livability with values of 0.547, 0.511, and 0.498, respectively. Also, the ANOVA test results show that there is a significant difference between the regions in terms of the studied variables. Finally, according to the findings of the research, it is suggested that the implementation plans of the municipality should be on the shortcomings of each region, especially with a focus on housing renovation and the expansion of green space.
