fa مدل‌سازی ساختاری عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت‌مندی زنان از سیستم حمل‌ونقل عمومی (مورد مطالعه: شهر کاشان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span dir="RTL">زنان، نیمی از جمعیت شهرنشین را تشکیل می‌دهند</span> <span dir="RTL">و فضاهای بسیاری در شهرها بیشتر مورد بهره‌برداری آنان قرار می‌گیرد. از جمله این فضاها، حمل‌ونقل</span> <span dir="RTL">عمومی درون‌شهری به‌خصوص سیستم اتوبوس‌رانی است که زنان به‌عنوان گروه بزرگ و فعال جمعیتی با توجه به محدودیت‌های حضور زمانی آنها، بیشترین استفاده ممکن از این سیستم را در شهرها دارند. بنابراین بررسـی ویـژه الگـوی تردد آنان در فضاهای عمومی شهری و به طور خاص حمل‌ونقل عمومی و شبکه اتوبوس&rlm;رانی شهر در افـزایش رونـق فـضاهای شهری نقش بسزایی دارد. هدف از این مقاله، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت زنان از سیستم حمل‌ونقل شهری بوده و روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، توصیفی- تحلیلی اسـت. داده‌های مورد استفاده در ایـن تحقیـق از طریق پرسشنامه و مصاحبه </span><span dir="RTL">جمع</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">آوری شدند و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای </span>SPSS<span dir="RTL"> و </span>AMOS<span dir="RTL">، به بررسی و تحلیل عوامل موجود و مدل‌سازی ساختاری این عوامل پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان دادند که از میان شاخص‌های مختلفی مانند: خدمات، تجهیزات، کیفیت صندلی‌ها، زیبایی بصری، ایمنی، عوامل اجتماعی، امنیت و رفتار و برخورد راننده، تنها عامل زیبایی بصری، بر رضایت زنان از سیستم اتوبوس‌رانی درون‌شهری تأثیرگذاری معناداری داشته و سایر عوامل با</span>P value <span dir="RTL">بالاتر از ۰/۰۵، تأثیرگذاری معناداری بر میزان رضایت زنان نداشتند.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Women form half the population and many spaces in cities are used more by them. Women, as a large and active group, use the most possible of the system in cities due to their time constraints. Therefore, the special survey of their traffic patterns in urban public spaces and in particular, the public transportation and bus network of the city have a significant role in increasing the prosperity of urban spaces. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting women&rsquo;s satisfaction from urban transportation system. Research method of in this study is descriptive-analytic. The data used in this study were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Then, using SPSS and AMOS software, the existing factors and structural modeling of these factors were investigated.
