fa تعیین کاربری بهینه فضای زیرزمینی شهری (خیابان‌های منتخب شهر اصفهان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span dir="RTL">استفاده از فضاهای زیرزمینی می</span><span dir="RTL">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL">تواند منجر به افزایش بهره‌وری زمین در شهرها شود. این مقاله، به این مسأله پرداخته است که در صورتی که بخواهیم از فضاهای زیر خیابان</span><span dir="RTL">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL">های شهر استفاده کنیم از بین چهار کاربری تجاری، انبار، پارکینگ عمومی و گذرگاه (خیابان دو طبقه) کدام یک کاربری بهینه می‌باشد</span><span dir="RTL">؛</span><span dir="RTL"> لذا بیست‌ویک خیابان اصلی منتخب در مناطق ۵ و ۶ شهر اصفهان به عنوان گزینه</span><span dir="RTL">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL">های مسئله انتخاب شدند. با بهره‌گیری از داده‌های سال ۱۳۹۲ و روش برنامه‌ریزی خطی، تابع هدف برای تخصیص بهینه کاربری طراحی شد. در ادامه با توجه به روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی دومرحله‌ای در محیط</span><span dir="RTL"> نرم</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">افزار </span>GIS<span dir="RTL">، مسئله بهینه</span><span dir="RTL">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL">سازی بررسی شد. برای بررسی در مرحله اول، نوع کاربری به عنوان معیارهای اصلی مسأله شامل: کاربری پارکینگ، انبار، تجاری</span><span dir="RTL"> و</span><span dir="RTL"> گذرگاه، انتخاب شد و در ادامه، برای بررسی در مرحله دوم، زیرمعیارهای قیمت منطقه</span><span dir="RTL">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL">بندی زمین، ترافیک عبورومرور، مساحت فضای سبز و سطح اشتغال، انتخاب شد</span><span dir="RTL">ند</span><span dir="RTL">. نتایج به</span><span dir="RTL">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL">دست آمده از بررسی مرحله اول نشان دادند که کدام خیابان برای کدام کاربری اهمیت بیشتری دارد. همچنین نتایج به&rlm;دست آمده از بررسی مرحله دوم نشان دادند کدام زیرمعیار در انتخاب نوع کاربری اهمیت بیشتری دارد. بر این مبنا می</span><span dir="RTL">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL">توان تصمیم گرفت در زیر کدام خیابان چه کاربری لازم است و اولویت انجام کدام خیابان برای استفاده از فضای زیرزمینی چه می‌باشد. برای کاربری پارکینگ و گذرگاه، بزرگراه شهید همت بیشترین امتیاز و برای کاربری تجاری و انبار، خیابان هزارجریب بیشترین امتیاز را به خود اختصاص داده است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">The use of underground spaces can lead to increased land productivity in cities. This paper addresses the issue of which of the four commercial, warehouse, public parking and passageways (two-floor streets) are optimal if we want to use the spaces below the streets of the city. Therefore, the selected 21 main street of districts 5 and 6 of Isfahan were selected as problem options. Using 2013 data and linear programming method, the objective function was designed for optimal user allocation. In the following, based on the two-stage hierarchical analysis method in the GIS software environment, the optimization problem was investigated. In order to investigate in the first stage, the type of use was selected as the main criteria of the problem including parking, warehouse, business center and passage use, and then, for the second step, the sub-criteria of landing price, traffic flow, area of green space and surface were selected. The results from the first phase survey showed which street is more important for which user. In addition, the results from the second phase survey showed which sub-criteria are more relevant in choosing a type of land use. Based on this, it is possible to decide which street is needed and what the priority of which street is to use for underground space.
