fa تحلیل شکاف و نیازسنجی مهارت‌های عمومی و تخصصی کارشناسان مالی و اقتصاد شهری شهرداری تهران Gap Analysis and Need Assessment of General and Specialized Skills of Urban Economy and Financial Experts of Tehran Municipality تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research آموزش، سرمایه‌گذاری برای نسل آتی است که هدف آن، توسعه منابع انسانی می‌باشد. در این راستا، پیشرفت و توسعه سازمان‌ها و مؤسسات، در گرو ارتقای سطح دانش، بینش و مهارت‌های منابع انسانی است؛ از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل شکاف مهارت‌های عمومی و تخصصی کارشناسان مالی و اقتصاد شهری شهرداری تهران انجام شده است. روش این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری، کلیه کارشناسان مالی و اقتصاد شهری شهرداری تهران هستند که تعداد آنها 227 نفر می‌باشد که با استفاده از فرمول نمونه‌گیری کوکران، 143 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته 63 سؤالی، استفاده شد. جهت تعیین روایی، از روش روایی محتوا و برای تعیین پایایی، از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که میزان آن برابر با 82/0 بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل آماری دادهها، از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که 1- وضعیت موجود نیازهای آموزشی در حد متوسط و وضعیت مطلوب نیازهای آموزشی در حد بالا ارزیابی شد 2- بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب نیازهای آموزشی (عمومی و تخصصی) تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. 3- اولویت‌بندی مهارت‌های عمومی کارشناسان مالی و اقتصادی شهرداری تهران (شکاف آموزش‌های عمومی) به ترتیب شامل: آمار، آیین نگارش، ارتباطات، مدیریت و برنامهریزی و رایانه است. 4- اولویت‌بندی  مهارت‌های تخصصی کارشناسان مالی و اقتصاد شهری شهرداری تهران، (شکاف مهارت‌های تخصصی) به ترتیب شامل: حسابداری، مالی شرکتی و سرمایه‌گذاری می‌باشد. Education in every country is an investment for next generation, whose purpose is human resources development. In this way, institutional and organizational growth and development is depend on promotion of education, insight and human resource skills. Hence, the main purpose of this research is the gap analysis of general and specialized skills of financial and urban economy experts in Tehran municipality. This is a Descriptive survey. The statistical society of this survey are all financial and urban economy experts of Tehran municipality equal to 227 persons. The sample size was 143 persons that was calculated by using Cochran sampling formula.A researcher made questionnaire has been used to collect data. To determine the validity, it was used the content validity method and to determine reliability it was used Cronbach’ alpha. The amount of Alpha was 0.82. Also quantitative and qualitative statistics method were used to statistical data analysis.
