fa تبیین الگوی کارکردی بیمه شهری در شهرداری کلان‌شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span lang="FA">پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تأثیر استفاده از پوشش‌های بیمه&shy;ای بر عملکرد شهرداری تهران و با هدف طراحی بسته بیمه شهری صورت گرفته است. پس از بررسی مدل&shy;های سنجش عملکرد و انتخاب مدل ارزیابی متوازن به عنوان مدل مطلوب جهت استفاده در شهرداری کلان‌شهر تهران، شاخص&shy;های ابعاد چهارگانه مدل، در ابعاد شهروند، مالی، فرایندهای کاری داخلی و یادگیری و رشد، تعیین گردید. روش&shy; تحقیق این پژوهش، پیمایشی است. با توزیع پرسشنامه میان مدیران شهری، وضعیت موجود و مطلوب عملکرد شهرداری تهران بررسی شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد میان وضع موجود و مطلوب در شاخص&shy;های عملکردی، فاصله معناداری وجود دارد که بیشترین فاصله در بعد یادگیری و رشد و کمترین فاصله در بعد فرایندهای داخلی می‌باشد. نظرات مدیران، مؤید بهبود عملکرد شهرداری با به کارگیری برخی از پوشش&shy;های بیمه&shy;ای بود که در نهایت پوشش&shy;های مؤثر به صورت مجموعه&shy;ای تحت عنوان بسته بیمه شهری ارائه گردید.</span></span></span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;">This research has been done to examine the effects of covering insurances on the Performance of Tehran municipality. Also, designing an urban insurance package is one goal of this research. To do the research, first we reviewed performance measurement models, then we selected balanced assessment models as a preferred model for the municipality of Tehran metropolis and finally we defined quadruple aspects of the model parameters included: financial, internal work processes, learning and growth. This research is a survey and in this way, after distributing the questionnaire among urban managers, we determined the present and preferred situation of Tehran municipality performance. The results showed that there is a significant gap between the present and preferred situation of the performance indicators. Maximum distance belongs to learning and growth dimensions and minimum distance belongs to internal processes.
