fa مطالعه نقش تسهیلات پرداختی بانک‌ها در توسعه فضایی (مطالعه موردی: مراکز شهری استان ایلام) The Role of Facilities Offered by Banks in Spatial Development (The case of city centers in the province of Ilam) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research توسعه فضایی مراکز شهری کشور، از چند دهه گذشته آغاز شده و به سرعت در حال افزایش است. در این بین، نقش عوامل مالی و به خصوص تسهیلات بانکی، در شتاب‌بخشی به آن بی‌تأثیر نیست. به همین منظور در این تحقیق برای یک دوره ده ساله (90-1381) به نقش شیوه‌های مختلف تأمین مالی؛ از جمله: تسهیلات بانکی، مساعدت‌های دولتی و درآمد شهرداری‌ها، در توسعه فضایی مراکز شهری استان ایلام، از مدل اقتصادسنجی خودتوضیح با وقفه‌های گسترده (ARDL) اشاره گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که ایلام دارای بالاترین سطح توسعه کالبدی به همراه درآمد شهرداری می‌باشد و بیشترین کمک‌های دولتی را نیز دریافت نموده است. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی مدل، حاکی از آن است که در بین روش‌های مختلف تأمین مالی توسعه فضایی، کمک‌های دولتی و تسهیلات بانکی، بر توسعه فضایی مراکز شهری استان ایلام تأثیر مستقیم و مثبت معنی‌داری داشته و درآمد شهرداری‌ها تأثیر مستقیم و معنی‌داری بر توسعه فضایی مراکز شهری استان نداشته است.  Spatial development of the city centers across the nation has started since a decade ago and is quickly increasing and the role of financial factors, especially facilities offered by banks, is not ineffective in making it happen much faster. Thus, in the current research, for a 10-year period (from 2001 till 2011), the role of different methods of financing, e.g. facilities offered by banks, governmental supports, and municipalities income, in spatial development of the city centers of Ilam province, the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Econometrics Model was mentioned. The results indicated that Ilam enjoys the highest level of structural development coming together with municipality income and had received the maximum amount of governmental support.
