fa مطالعه عناصر ساختاری الگوی مدیریت شهری تهران در حوزه‌های شش‌گانه شهری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: right"> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span lang="AR-SA">هدف از وجود سیستم مدیریت شهری، تأمین و ایجاد زمینه و محیط مناسب برای زندگی راحت، امن و کارآمد شهروندان به تناسب ویژگی‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی است که این امر نیازمند وجود مدیریتی یکپارچه می‌باشد. از این‌رو تحقیق حاضر بر آن است تا عناصر ساختاری الگوی مدیریت شهری تهران را مورد بررسی قرار داده و &shy;نوع وابستگی میان آنها را مشخص کند. در این پژوهش، از روش قیاسی- استقرایی استفاده گردیده و مدل پیشنهادی تحلیل‌های کمّی برای آزمون به کار گرفته شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را تمامی مدیران سطوح عالی شهرداری تهران که در حوزه‌های مختلف شهرداری دارای سابقه فعالیت مرتبط بوده و خبره آن حوزه می‌باشند تشکیل می‌دهد. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد نظام مدیریت شهری مانند یک سیستم باز با سایر نهادها دارای رابطه خطی- عمودی بوده ولی از لحاظ برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی با مشکل مواجه است. همچنین نوع رابطه و مکانیزم مناسب هماهنگی میان شهرداری با سازمان‌های مرتبط، به‌تفکیک اهداف مختلف، تعیین گردید. در نهایت پیشنهادهایی جهت بهبود نظام مدیریت شهری بیان گردید.&nbsp;</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'B Nazanin'"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> </div> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">The purpose of an urban management system is to provide and establish an appropriate atmosphere for a convenient, secure, and efficient life for the citizens in accordance with social and economic features and such an issue necessitates a unified management system. Thus, the current research aims at investigating the structural elements of Tehran urban management model and determining the type of correlations between them. The current research utilized a deductive-inductive method and for the statistical tests, quantitative analyses model was suggested. The population included all high-ranking managers of Tehran municipality who enjoyed related experience in different municipal domains and were counted expert. The results indicated that while urban management system enjoyed linear-vertical relation with other sectors like an open system, it faced some problems in terms of planning and organizing. Moreover, the type of relation and the proper coordination mechanism between municipality and the related sectors were determined upon specific objectives.
