fa بازآفرینی شهری با تأکید بر شناسایی و تحلیل خوشه‎های خلاق فرهنگی (مطالعه موردی: بافت تاریخی- فرهنگی شیراز) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span dir="RTL">راهبردها و نظریات مختلفی برای حل مشکلات ناشی از پدیده افت شهری و ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی و محیطی آن، ارائه شده است که در رهیافت بازآفرینی شهری خلاصه می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">شود. </span><span dir="RTL">بازآفرینی بر مبنای تولید فرهنگ به‌عنوان رویکرد نوین بازآفرینی، از صنایع خلاق حمایت کرده و از توسعه خوشه‌ای این صنایع به عنوان محور بازآفرینی استفاده می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">کند. این تحقیق با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، به دنبال آن است تا به ارزیابی موقعیت بافت تاریخی- فرهنگی شهر شیراز در ارتباط با شاخص</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های شهر خلاق و نیز به بررسی توسعه خوشه‌ای صنایع فرهنگی در این محدوده بپردازد و به شناخت زمینه</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های تحقق بازآفرینی بر مبنای تولید فرهنگی در محدوده مورد مطالعه دست یابد. یافته</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های پژوهش بیانگر آن هستند که بافت تاریخی- فرهنگی (منطقه 8 شهرداری) با ضریب برخورداری 58/ ، در طبقه نسبتاً برخوردار از لحاظ شاخص</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های شهر خلاق در شهر شیراز قرار دارد. با این حال بررسی</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های مرتبط با توسعه خوشه‌ای صنایع و کسب‌وکار فرهنگی نشان می‌دهند که با وجود تمرکز جغرافیایی و خوشه‌ای دو رسته فعالیت صنایع بومی و دستی و صنایع چاپ و نشر، فقدان شبکه همکاری و پیوند مؤثر میان نهادهای مرتبط با هر رسته، باعث شده تا توسعه خوشه‌ای صنایع خلاق در محدوده تحقق نیابد. سایر رسته</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های شناخته شده فرهنگی در محدوده بافت؛ شامل موزه &rlm;ها و مؤسسات فرهنگی، فاقد توزیع جغرافیایی خوشه‌ای و نیز دارای سطح پایین تراکم پیوند در شبکه نهادی خود می‌باشند.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Different strategies and theories have been proposed to solve problems of urban decline phenomenon and its different economic, social, physical, and environmental aspects summarized in urban regeneration approach. Based on the production of culture as a new regeneration approach, regeneration supports creative industries and uses cluster development of these industries as a centerpiece of regeneration. With descriptive-analytical method, this research tries to evaluate the position of Shiraz historical-cultural fabric in relation with creative city indicators, to investigate cluster development of cultural industries in this area, and realize possibilities of regeneration based on cultural production in the studied area. The findings indicate that Shiraz historical-cultural fabric (municipality-district8) with coefficient of 0.58 is ranked in partially prosperous in terms of creative city indicators in the city of Shiraz. Yet, studies related to cluster development of cultural industries and businesses indicate despite geographical and cluster concentration of domestic and handicraft industries, and publishing industry, lack of cooperation network and effective links between related entities with each category have helped not to fulfill cluster development of creative industries.
