fa موانع جذب سرمایه‎گذاری در حوزه شهری (مورد مطالعه: استان لرستان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span dir="RTL">جذب سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه شهری، عاملی مهم و تأثیرگذار بر پیشرفت و رونق اقتصاد شهری است.</span> <span dir="RTL">سرمایه‌گذاری در هر استان تحت تأثیر مجموعه‌ای از عوامل کلان کشور و عوامل خاص آن استان است. ا</span><span dir="RTL">گر در جامعه‌ای، سرمایه‌گذاری در حد و اندازه لازم صورت نگیرد، رشد اقتصادی کند یا متوقف می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">شود. طی سال‌های اخیر با ابلاغ سیاست‌های اصل 44 قانون اساسی و قانون جلب و حمایت از سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، زمینه افزایش مشارکت بخش خصوصی در امر سرمایه‌گذاری فراهم شده است؛ از این‌رو هدف این پژوهش، بررسی موانع جذب سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه شهری در استان لرستان می‌باشد. در این پژوهش، </span><span dir="RTL">داده‌ها به وسیله پرسشنامه از یک نمونه 189 نفری، متشکل از خبرگان اقتصادی و کارشناسان اقتصادی سازمان‌ صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان لرستان در سال 1394، گردآوری شده است. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون‌های </span>t<span dir="RTL"> تک‌گروهی و تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه استفاده شده است. </span><span dir="RTL">نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند که وضعیت توسعه زیرساخت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری، وضعیت ریسک (عدم‌امنیت) سرمایه‌گذاری، نگرش سازمان‌ها و مؤسسات دولتی نسبت به سرمایه‌گذاری و وضعیت قوانین و مقررات سرمایه</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">گذاری بر جذب سرمایه‌گذاری در استان لرستان، تأثیر زیادی دارند.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Absorbing investment in urban area is an important factor affecting progress and prosperity of the urban economy. Investment in any province is affected by a set of major factors in the country and specific factors of that province. If it is not invested appropriately in any society, economic growth will be slowed or stopped. During last years, by notifying the policies of Article 44 of the constitution and law of attraction and protection of foreign investment, the ground has been prepared to increase private sector participation in investment. Thus, this research aims to investigate the barriers of absorbing investment in urban area in Lorestan Province. Data were collected by questionnaire from a sample of 189 economic experts and masters in the Organization of Industry, Trade and Mine in 2015. To analyze data, one sample t-test and ANOVA were used.
