fa سنجش میزان اعتماد اجتماعی شهروندان به مدیریت شهری تهران با استفاده از روش تاپسیس فازی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span lang="FA">شرایط و تحولات فرهنگی و اجتماعی جامعه ایران و اهمیت اعتماد در تعاملات اجتماعی شهروندان در چند سال اخیر، موضوع بررسی اعتماد به افراد، اقشار و سازمان‌ها را بسیار حائز اهمیت کرده است. مدیریت شهری و به معنای خاص، شهرداری، به‌عنوان یکی از بزرگترین نهادهای اجتماعی هنگامی می‌تواند از کارایی و بهره‌وری بیشتری برخوردار باشد که اعتماد شهروندان را به‌عنوان سرمایه اجتماعی و معنوی، کسب نموده و از آن در مسیر تحقق اهداف سازمانی و توسعه شهری استفاده نماید.</span><span dir="ltr" lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">با توجه به اینکه مدیریت شهری به‌عنوان متولی اداره شهرها یکی از اجزای اصلی مدرنیته است، بررسی اعتماد در این حوزه، اهمیت ویژه‌ای می‌یابد. مسأله اصلی‌ که در این پژوهش به آن پرداخته می‌شود، سنجش و رتبه‌بندی مناطق شهرداری تهران از لحاظ میزان اعتماد اجتماعی به مدیریت شهری به روش تاپسیس فازی</span><span lang="FA">&nbsp;</span><span lang="FA">است</span><span lang="HE">.</span><span lang="FA"> جامعه پژوهش، مناطق 22گانه شهر تهران بوده است. نمونه پژوهش، شهروندان 18 ساله و بالاتر ساکن در شهر تهران بوده‌اند و</span><span lang="FA">&nbsp;</span><span lang="FA">حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به دست آمده و به منظور افزایش دقت پژوهش 400 نفر تعیین‌گردید که از </span><span lang="HE">22 </span><span lang="FA">منطقه تهران به نسبت جمعیت هر منطقه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند</span><span lang="HE">.</span><span lang="FA"> ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه چهار قسمتی محقق‌ساخته بوده که پایایی و روایی آن، مورد سنجش و تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که ساکنان منطقه 11 شهرداری تهران، جایگاه اول را در اعتماد به مدیریت شهری در سطح مناطق 22گانه شهر تهران دارا می&shy;باشند.</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'B Nazanin'"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Iran&rsquo;s social and cultural conditions and changes and the importance of trust in citizens&rsquo; social interactions over the recent years have foregrounded the issue of probing the extent of trust in individuals, groups, and organizations. Urban management, particularly municipality, as one of the largest social institutions, can enjoy much more efficiency and productivity provided that it wins citizens&rsquo; trust, as social and intangible capital, utilizing it for actualizing organizational purposes and urban development. Due to the fact that urban management, as the section responsible for managing cities, is one of the integral parts of modernity, investigating the extent of trust in this domain bears significant importance. The major theme of the current research is evaluating and ranking the districts of Tehran municipality according to the extent of social trust in urban management upon Fuzzy Topsis method. The research population was the 22 districts of the city of Tehran and the samples were at least the 18-year-olds residing the city. Utilizing Cochran formula, sample size was estimated and to ensure accuracy of the data, 400 participants were involved from the very districts and according to the ratio of the population of each district through Cluster sampling method.
