fa جایگاه شهر قشم در توسعه اقتصاد منطقه‌ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span dir="rtl" lang="AR-SA">ایران به واسطه جزایر مهمی همچون کیش و قشم، از موقعیت راهبردی ویژه‌ای در خلیج ‌فارس برخوردار می‌باشد؛ لذا تحلیل نقش و جایگاه اقتصادی و توسعه‌ای این قبیل پهنه‌ها در توسعه منطقه‌ای کشور، مهم به نظر می‌رسد. هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی و تحلیل جایگاه قشم در توسعه منطقه‌ای می‌باشد. تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است و داده‌های مورد نیاز، از نتایج آخرین سرشماری رسمی نفوس و مسکن کشور در سال 1390 گردآوری شده‌اند. روش انجام پژوهش، توصیفی‌‌-‌ تحلیلی می‌باشد که با استفاده از مدل‌های ضریب مکانی، روش کشش‌پذیری، روش ترسیمی طولی ایزارد، ‌روش ژرژ‌ شابو و تونی‌گارنیه انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که قشم در بخش خدمات، خودکفا می‌باشد و نرخ اشتغال واقعی 84/91 درصد و نقش غالب شهر، بازرگانی است. بر اساس روش ایزارد، قشم در هر سه بخش اقتصادی، بالاتر از سطح منطقه بوده است ولی در سطح ملی، وضعیت پایین‌تری دارد؛ بنابراین حصول به جایگاه برتر در سطح ملی و منطقه‌ای، مستلزم تدوین و اجرای طرح‌های راهبردی و توجه خاص سطح کلان تصمیم‌گیری کشور به ظرفیت‌های نهفته و بی‌نظیر این جزیر</span><span dir="rtl" lang="FA">ه</span><span dir="rtl" lang="AR-SA"> می‌باشد.&nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Thanks to such important islands as Kish and Qeshm, Iran has gained a strategic position in the Persian Gulf therefore, analyzing the economic and developmental role of such regions seems important in the regional development of the nation. The current article aims at investigating and analyzing the role of Qeshm in regional development. The research is applied, type-wise, and the data were collected from the results of the last population and housing census in 2011. The research method was descriptive- analytical wherein Location Quotient model, Elasticity Index, Izard Longitudinal Data Analysis, and the methods of Georges Chabot and <span lang="EN-AU">Tony Garnier were utilized. </span>The results show that Qeshm is self-dependant in service section and the real rate of employment is 91.84 percent and the orientation of the island is commerce and trading. Upon the Izard method, Qeshm Island is generally above the average level of the region in the three sections of economy however, it is below average on national scale.
