fa برنامه‎ریزی راهبردی جهت ساماندهی بافت فرسوده شهری (مطالعه موردی: محله شهیدگاه بقعه شیخ صفی‎الدین شهر اردبیل) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span dir="RTL">در حال حاضر، بافت</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های فرسوده تاریخی در کشور ما به عنوان مشکل اساسی در شهرهای مختلف و حتی روستاها مطرح می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">باشند.</span> <span dir="RTL">ماهیت خاص بافت</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های شهری کهن، توجه به آنها را از جهات مختلفی ضروری می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">سازد؛</span><span dir="RTL"> لذا </span><span dir="RTL">پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد راهکارهایی در راستای اصلاح و ساماندهی بافت فرسوده محله شهیدگاه واقع در شهر اردبیل ارائه نماید و نیز درصدد است تا برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی، مطابق با وضع موجود محله و متناسب با اولویت</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های راهبردی باشد. </span><span dir="RTL">در همین راستا با بهره</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">گیری از بررسی اسنادی و کتابخانه</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">ای و همچنین مطالعات میدانی، وضع موجود محله مذکور، ارزیابی شد و با استفاده از ماتریس تحلیلی </span>SOWT<span dir="RTL"> به جمع</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">بندی مطالعات وضع موجود و ارائه راهبردهای ساماندهی و طراحی، اقدام شده است. در ادامه با کمّی کردن مدل راهبردی به کار رفته، راهبردهای اولویت</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">دار ساماندهی، تعیین و استخراج گردیده</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">اند. نهایتاً در بخش ارائه گزینه</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های طراحی در محدوده، پنج گزینه متناسب با شرایط محله مورد مطالعه، ارائه و مبتنی بر اولویت</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های راهبردی، بررسی و ارزیابی شدند که در گزینه برتر طراحی، </span><span dir="RTL">سعی شده است با ساماندهی و از میان برداشتن بناهای مخروبه در بخش میانی محدوده، یک محصوریت، ایجاد و با یک طرح مناسب به سمت بقعه سوق داده شود و از فضای میانی نیز برای ایجاد مرکز محله استفاده گردد.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Currently, old textures are one of the main problems in many cities and even villages in our country. The specific feature of these textures makes it necessary to be considered from different aspects. This study is trying to find strategies to improve and organize old texture in the Shahidgah neighborhood of Ardabil. It also aims to plan and design in accordance with the existing status and consistent with strategic priorities. In this regard, using review of documents and field surveys, existing status of the neighborhood were evaluated using SWOT analysis and planning strategies. Continuing with the quantitative models used, organizing strategies are prioritized. Finally, five design alternatives presented in accordance with texture requirements. Findings indicate that the organizing of the studied area should adopt a systematic approach for 4 dimensions of physical, economic, social and environmental interventions to deal with.
