fa پارک‌های علم و فناوری و اقتصاد شهری، محلی و منطقه‌ای؛ شناسایی عوامل زمینه‌ای مؤثر در ارزیابی عملکرد این سازمان‌های نوظهور تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: right"> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span lang="FA">پارک‌های علم و فناوری به عنوان یکی از زیرساخت‌های اقتصاد دانش&rlm;بنیان توانسته&rlm;اند نقش ویژه&rlm;ای را در توسعه اقتصاد شهری، محلی و منطقه‌ای ایفا کنند. این پژوهش با هدف کمک به توسعه عملکرد پارک‌های علم و فناوری با استفاده از روش تئوری مفهوم‌سازی داده‌بنیان، به تحلیل و شناسایی عوامل زمینه‌ای مؤثر در ارزیابی عملکرد این پارک‌ها در کشور پرداخته است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر نوع هدف، توصیفی و از نظر نوع راهبرد، پژوهش کیفی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران و صاحب‌نظران پارک‌های علم و فناوری می‌باشد. نمونه آماری شامل 17 نفر از این افراد بوده، به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب و با آنها مصاحبه شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد عوامل زمینه‌ای مؤثر در ارزیابی عملکرد پارک‌های علم و فناوری شامل ملاحظات شرکت‌های دانش&rlm;بنیان، ملاحظات ارتباطات بیرونی و درونی در پارک، ملاحظات زیرساختی، </span><span lang="AR-SA">ملاحظات فرهنگی، ملاحظات ساختاری و فرایندی، ملاحظات مربوط به خدمات و مشاوره‌ها، ملاحظات مدیریتی و نیروهای ستادی، ملاحظات مربوط به ظرفیت‌های داخلی و خارجی، ملاحظات محیط بیرونی و کلان و ملاحظات مربوط به تیم ارزیابی‌کننده پارک می‌باشد.</span><span dir="ltr" lang="AR-SA"> </span><span lang="AR-SA">در پایان هم پیشنهاداتی اجرایی برای توسعه پارک‌ها ارائه شده است.</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'B Nazanin'"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> </div> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Science and technology parks, as one of the infrastructures of science-based economy, have played a specific role in the development of regional, local, and urban economy. The current study, aiming at helping the development of the function of such parks, utilizing data-driven conceptualization-theory method, one of the qualitative methods, analyzes and identifies effective contextual factors in assessing the function of the parks across the nation. The research is descriptive purpose-wise and qualitative strategy-wise. The research population consisted of all managers and view holders of science and technology parks and the 17 participants out of the population were selected based on Snowball Sampling Method and were interviewed. The results show that effective factors in assessing the function of science and technology parks include considerations of science-based companies, considerations of internal and external interactions in the park, infrastructure consideration, cultural considerations, procedural and structural considerations, considerations related to services and consultations, managerial and staff-related considerations, considerations related to domestic and foreign potentials, large-scale and exterior considerations, and the considerations related to the assessing team of the park.
