fa شاخص زیست‌پذیری در محیط‌های شهری (مطالعه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهر مقدس قم) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;">بهبود شرایط زندگی در محیط‌های شهری علاوه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>بر افزایش میزان جذابیت آنها، بستر مناسبی را برای دستیابی به اهداف کلان توسعه پایدار فراهم می&lrm;کند. با این وجود، رشد شتابان شهرنشینی و دیگر مسائل مرتبط با توسعه شهری، موجب شده تا بر مشکلات این سکونتگاه‌ها افزوده شود. این وضعیت نیز در بسیاری از شهرهای ایران که با پیامدهای رشد شتابان شهری و نبود منابع مالی و انسانی کافی در فرایند مدیریت دست به گریبان هستند، به خوبی قابل درک است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>کوشد تا ضمن شناسایی مشخصه‌های جوامع شهری زیست‌پذیر، وضعیت زیست‌پذیری بخش مرکزی شهر قم را ارزیابی کند و به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که این محدوده از نظر شاخص&lrm;های زیست‌پذیری چه وضعیتی دارد؟ روش این پژوهش، از نوع توصیفی&ndash; تحلیلی و همچنین بررسی‌های اسنادی، پیمایشی و میدانی؛ از جمله فنون و تدابیر اتخاذ شده در این پژوهش می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>باشد. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش باید سیاست‌هایی برای تمرکززدایی فعالیت‌ها، تغییر در سیاست‌های توسعه مبتنی بر خودرو<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>محوری، تلاش برای تثبیت ساکنان قدیمی منطقه (نوسازی، افزایش کیفیت خدمات محله) و از این قبیل موارد، اتخاذ شود تا کیفیت زندگی در این بخش از شهر بهبود یابد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Improvement of living conditions in urban environments not only increases their attractiveness, but it also prepares an appropriate context for achieving to major goals of sustainable development. However, rapid growth of urbanization and other related issues with urban development have caused the problems of these habitants be increased. The situation is well understood in many Iran&rsquo;s cities suffering from the consequences of rapid growth of urbanization and lack of adequate financial and human resources in the process of management. Thus, this research tries to identify the characteristics of viable urban societies, assess the viability of central part of Qom city, and find the situation of the city regarding viability indexes. Research method is descriptive-analytical as well as documentary, survey, and field studies such as adopted techniques and measures in this research.
