fa ارزش‌گذاری اقتصادی خدمات تفریحی و تعیین میزان تمایل بازدیدکنندگان به پرداخت هزینه برای بازدید از اماکن گردشگری شهری (مطالعه موردی باغ گل‏های شهر اصفهان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span style="font-size:14px;">شهرها دارای جاذبه &rlm;های گردشگری فراوانی می&rlm; باشند و همواره، گردشگران زیادی را به سوی خود جذب می&rlm; کنند؛ لذا توسعه گردشگری شهری و مدیریت خردمندانه آن، نیازمند برنامه &rlm;ریزی است. با توجه به اهمیت گردشگری در اقتصاد شهری و ایجاد اشتغال، ارزش‌گذاری اقتصادی خدمات گردشگری شهری، از جایگاه خاصی در مدیریت شهری برخوردار است. باغ گل<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ها، از مناطق گردشگری مهم شهر اصفهان می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>باشد؛ لذا، ارزش‌گذاری تفریحی آن می&rlm;تواند در پیش‌بینی نیازها و توسعه گردشگری در اصفهان مؤثر باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، برآورد ارزش تفریحی باغ گل<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های اصفهان و تعیین میزان تمایل به پرداخت بازدیدکنندگان برای آن، با روش ارزش‌گذاری مشروط است. داده &rlm;های این مطالعه، از طریق پرسشنامه با مصاحبه حضوری از 110 نفر و با استفاده از روش نمونه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>گیری تصادفی از بازدیدکنندگان منطقه جمع‌آوری شده‌اند. برای اندازه‌گیری میزان<span dir="LTR"> WTP </span>افراد از الگوی لاجیت، استفاده شد و پارامترها براساس روش حداکثر راست نمایی برآورد شده&rlm; اند. همچنین برای استخراج مبالغ پیشنهادی، از روش دوگانه دوبعدی استفاده شده است. با توجه به ضرایب برآوردی، متغیرهای درآمد و سن به ترتیب تأثیر مثبت و منفی بر<span dir="LTR"> WTP </span>داشته و میزان تمایل به پرداخت بانوان نسبت به آقایان بیشتر است. میانگین تمایل به پرداخت افراد برای استفاده تفریحی از باغ گل‌ها، 4752/49 ریال برای هر فرد است<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Cities have many tourism attractions and they always absorb many tourists to themselves; therefore, development of urban tourism and its wise management require planning. Considering the importance of tourism in urban economy and job creation, economic pricing of urban tourism services enjoys a special place in urban management. Garden of flowers is one of the most important tourism areas in the city of Isfahan. Thus, its recreational pricing can be effective in predicting needs and tourism development in Isfahan. The purpose of this research is estimating recreational value of Isfahan&rsquo;s garden of flowers and determining the rate of visitors&rsquo; willingness to pay for it with contingent valuation method. Data were collected by interview questionnaire with 110 people. Logit model was used to measure people&rsquo;s WTP and the parameters were estimated based on maximum likelihood method. Dual two-dimensional method has been used to extract bids. According to the estimated coefficients, revenue and age variables had positive and negative effects respectively on WTP, and women&rsquo;s WTP is more than men.
