fa ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندی اقتصادی (مطالعه موردی: زنان آسیب‌پذیر در شهر تهران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span dir="RTL">توانمندسازی، فرایندی است که طی آن، فرد از نیازها، خواسته‌های درونی و قابلیت‌های خود، آگاه می‌شود و با هدف رسیدن به خواسته‌ها، به کسب توانایی‌های لازم می‌پردازد. در پژوهش حاضر، درک بومی از توانمندی اجتماعی و اقتصادی، عوامل مؤثر بر رشد و موانع آن، با دو روش کیفی (نظریه بنیانی) و کمّی (تحلیل همسبتگی)، بررسی شده‌اند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کیفی، از فنون مصاحبه عمیق، بحث گروهی متمرکز و مشاهده مشارکتی و</span> <span dir="RTL">مستقیم و برای</span> <span dir="RTL">جمع‌آوری</span> <span dir="RTL">اطلاعات کمّی نیز از پرسشنامه اسکات و جیف</span><span dir="RTL"> برای صد و یازده نمونه استفاده شد تا از این طریق، موانع توانمندسازی زنان براساس سه عامل نگرش و میزان (شدت) تجربه، آموزش و پایگاه اجتماعی- اقتصادی (اشتغال) زنان در قالب 33 گویه، بررسی شوند. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش کیفی نشان می‌دهند که اشتغال، متوازن‌سازی درآمد و هزینه، پس‌انداز و کارآفرینی، در تداوم‌بخشی و پایدار‌سازی توانمندی اقتصادی افراد، نقش تعیین‌کننده و بسزایی داشته‌اند. نتایج کلی تحقیق کیفی، نشان می‌دهند که برخی</span> <span dir="RTL">از</span> <span dir="RTL">عوامل</span> <span dir="RTL">مؤثر</span> <span dir="RTL">در</span> <span dir="RTL">رشد توانمندی</span> <span dir="RTL">عبارتند</span> <span dir="RTL">از: زندگی</span> <span dir="RTL">چند</span> <span dir="RTL">خویشاوند</span> <span dir="RTL">در</span> <span dir="RTL">کنار</span> <span dir="RTL">هم،</span> <span dir="RTL">خانواد‌ه‌گرایی،</span> <span dir="RTL">سرمایه</span> <span dir="RTL">اجتماعی،</span> <span dir="RTL">همیاری‌،</span> <span dir="RTL">همبستگی</span> <span dir="RTL">اجتماعی و حمایت</span> <span dir="RTL">از یکدیگر. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق کمّی نیز نشان می‌دهند که دو عامل آموزش و اشتغال، از جمله مهم‌ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر توانمندسازی زنان آسیب‌پذیر ستاد توانمندسازی شهرداری تهران، محسوب می‌شوند.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Empowerment is a process in which an individual will be aware of his needs, internal demands, and capabilities, and acquire necessary abilities aiming to achieve requests. Native notion of socio-economic empowerment, effective factors on growth and its barriers were studied by two qualitative (grounded theory) and quantitative (correlation analysis) in this research. Depth interview techniques, and focus group discussions, and participatory and direct observation were used for qualitative data collection, and Scott and GYF questionnaire was used for 111 samples for quantitative data collection in order to examine the obstacles of women&rsquo;s empowerment based on three factors: attitude and the amount of experience, training, and women&rsquo;s socio-economic status (employment) in the form of 33 items. The qualitative results show that employment, balancing income and expenses, savings and entrepreneurship have influential and determining role in continuation and sustainability of people&rsquo;s economic empowerment. The overall results of qualitative research show that some relatives who live together, family-orientation, social capital, cooperation, social correlation, and supporting each other are some effective factors on empowerment growth.
