fa ارائه الگوی توسعه پایدار مبتنی بر احیای ظرفیت‌های آموزشی در آموزش عالی (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران) Presenting a model of sustainable development based on revitalizing educational capacities in higher education (case study: Tehran Islamic Azad University) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف اصلی این مقاله ارائه الگوی توسعه پایدار مبتنی بر احیای ظرفیتهای آموزشی در آموزش عالی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران است. روش پژوهش از نظر اهداف، کاربردی، از نظر داده کیفی و از نظر نوع مطالعه، داده بنیاد نوظهور است. براساس روش نمونه گیری آگاهانه از نوع هدفمند گلوله برفی و براساس اشباع نظری، تعداد18نفر خبره انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه های اکتشافی است بعد از جمع آوری داده ها، تجزیه و تحلیل آنان به صورت کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت که بر اساس تحلیل داده ها الگوی مناسب توسعه پایدار مبتنی بر احیای ظرفیت‌های آموزشی در آموزش عالی ارائه گردید. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاکی از آن است که این الگو از شش بعد: عوامل علی ،پدیده اصلی ، عوامل زمینه ای، عوامل راهبردی ، عوامل مداخله گر‌ و پیامدها و 15 مؤلفه و116 شاخص سازنده، تشکیل شده است که در مقایسه با سایر الگوها از اعتبار بیشتری برخوردار است؛ بنابراین به کارگیری و عملیاتی کردن الگوی مذکور میتواند به ارتقای کیفی آموزش عالی، کمک به سزایی کند. مطالعه الگوی توسعه پایدار در دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی می تواند به عنوان گامی به سوی ارتقاء کیفیت درنظام آموزش عالی به ویژه در سطح دانشکده ها و گروه های آموزشی تلقی شود. برای تحقق این منظور ابتدا لازم است ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های توسعه پایدار شناسایی شوند و سپس با مدیریت و برنامه ریزی مناسب زمینه بهبود و ارتقاء توسعه پایدار و به تبع آن کیفیت آموزش های دانشگاهی فراهم شود <div class="WordSection1" dir="RTL" style="text-align: left;">  Objective: The main objective of this article is to present a sustainable development model based on the revival of educational capacities in higher education at Islamic Azad University in Tehran.Keywords: knowledge-based economy, higher education, Azad University Materials and Methods: The research method is applied in terms of objectives, qualitative in terms of data, and emergent in terms of study type. Based on the conscious sampling method of the purposeful snowball type and based on theoretical saturation, 18 experts were selected The data collection tool is exploratory interviews. After collecting the data, their analysis was carried out in the form of open, axial, and selective coding. Based on the data analysis, an appropriate model of sustainable development based on the restoration of educational capacities in higher education was presente Findings: The results of the research indicate that this model consists of six dimensions: causal factors , main phenomenon, contextual factors, strategic factors,intervening factors , and consequences , and 15 components and 116 constructive indicators, which is more valid compared to other models. Therefore , applying and operationalizing the aforementioned model can significantly contribute to improving the quality of higher education. Conclusion: Studying the sustainable development model in Islamic Azad Universities can be considered as a step towards improving the quality of the higher education system, especially at the level of faculties and educational groups.
