fa تبیین الگوی توانمندسازی اقتصادی بافت تاریخی با بهره گیری از نظریه داده بنیاد (مورد پژوهش: شیراز) Explaining the pattern of economic empowerment of the historical context by using the data theory of the foundation (Research case: Shiraz) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">بافت تاریخی شیراز با تمام ویژگی‌های خاص خود از گذشته مکان تأمین نیازهای مردم و یاری‌رسان به اقتصاد محلات و شهر بوده است، اما اکنون توانایی همسازی اقتصادی با بخش‌های جدید شهر را ندارد و در حال از دست دادن مزیت‌های رقابتی خود و باعث هزینه بر شدن زندگی و کار در آن شده است و توانمندی حل معضلات اقتصادی خود و تأثیرگذاری بیشتر بر اقتصاد شهر را ندارد. هدف این پژوهش یافتن راه حل توانمندسازی بافت تاریخی شیراز با استفاده از ویژگی‌های ارزشمند و ظرفیت‌های اقتصادی آن جهت ایفای نقش اقتصادی در شهر است، به همین سبب پژوهش حاضر درصدد است الگوی توانمندسازی اقتصادی بافت تاریخی شیراز را تبیین نماید. این پژوهش برگرفته از پارادایم تفسیرگرایی است، رویکرد آن استقرایی، نوع پژوهش کاربردی – توسعه‌ای و ماهیت آن توصیفی – تحلیلی است، در زمره رویکردهای کیفی قرار می‌گیرد، روش گردآوری داده‌ها اسنادی، پیمایشی و روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند است، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های آن بر اساس کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی است برای تبیین الگو از راهبردهای نظریه داده بنیاد استفاده گردیده است. جهت دستیابی به هدف با 11 نفر از افراد متخصص بافت شامل بهره‌وران و استفاده‌کنندگان بافت مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه ساختار انجام گردید. اسناد گردآوری شده در 112 کد باز، 81 مفهوم، 28 مقوله فرعی و 10 مقوله اصلی تحلیل شدند. الگوی به‌دست آمده بیانگر این است که در توانمندسازی اقتصادی بافت تاریخی شیراز باید «آموزش، پرورش و مشاوره»، «رقابت‌پذیری»، «نوآوری و کارآفرینی»، «انعطاف‌پذیری» و «تنوع تسهیلات و تأمین مالی» را در دستور کار قرار داد، همچنین همزمان با «نیازسنجی و ساماندهی فعالیتی» در بستر «ضوابط و قواعد تأمین مالی»، زمینه بروز «مشارکت و همکاری مردمی» و «خلاقیت اقتصادی» فراهم گردد تا منتج به تقویت «تعلق به مکان» در این بافت واجد ظرفیت ویژه اقتصادی گردد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The historical fabric of Shiraz, with all its special features, has been a place to meet the needs of the people and help the economy of the neighborhoods and the city, but now it does not have the ability to integrate economically with the new parts of the city and is losing its competitive advantages and causing the cost of living. And the work has been done in it and it does not have the ability to solve its economic problems and have a greater impact on the city's economy. The aim of this research is to find a solution for empowering the historical context of Shiraz by using its valuable features and economic capacities to play an economic role in the city, for this reason, the current research tries to explain the pattern of economic empowerment of the historical context of Shiraz. This research is derived from the paradigm of interpretivism, its approach is inductive, the type of research is applied-developmental and its nature is descriptive-analytical, it falls under the category of qualitative approaches, the method of collecting data is documentary, survey and purposeful sampling method, its data analysis is based on The basis of open, axial and selective coding is used to explain the model from the strategies of the Foundation's data theory. In order to achieve the goal, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 11 tissue experts, including tissue users and users. The collected documents were analyzed in 112 open codes, 81 concepts, 28 sub-categories and 10 main categories. The model obtained shows that in the economic empowerment of Shiraz's historical context, "education, training and consultation", "competitiveness", "innovation and entrepreneurship", "flexibility" and "diversity of facilities and financing" should be put on the agenda.
