fa ارائه الگوی اقتصاد دانش محور در آموزش عالی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران Presenting the model of knowledge-based economy in higher education in Islamic Azad University of Tehran province تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف اصلی این مقاله ارائه الگوی اقتصاد دانش‌&lrm;محور در آموزش عالی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران است. روش پژوهش از نظر اهداف، کاربردی، از نظر داده کیفی و از نظر نوع مطالعه، داده بنیاد نوظهور است. براساس روش نمونه‌گیری آگاهانه از نوع هدفمند گلوله برفی و براساس اشباع نظری، تعداد 17نفر خبره انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی است بعد از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، تجزیه و تحلیل آنان به‌صورت کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت که بر اساس تحلیل داده‌ها الگوی مناسب اقتصاد دانشمحور در آموزش عالی ارائه گردید .نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاکی از آن است که این الگو از شش بعد: عوامل علی، پدیده اصلی، عوامل زمینه‌ای، عوامل راهبردی، عوامل مداخله‌گر‌ و پیامدها و 15 مؤلفه و 84 شاخص سازنده، تشکیل شده است که در مقایسه با سایر الگوها از اعتبار بیشتری برخوردار است؛ بنابراین به‌کارگیری و عملیاتی‌کردن الگوی مذکور می‌تواند به ارتقای کیفی آموزش عالی، کمک به‌سزایی کند .مطالعه اقتصاد دانش‌محور در دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی می‌تواند به عنوان گامی به سوی ارتقاء کیفیت درنظام آموزش عالی به ویژه در سطح دانشکده‌ها و گروه‌های آموزشی تلقی شود. برای تحقق این منظور ابتدا لازم است ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های اقتصاد دانش&lrm;محور شناسایی شوند و سپس با مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب زمینه بهبود و ارتقاء اقتصاد دانش‌محور و به تبع آن کیفت آموزش‌های دانشگاهی فراهم شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The main purpose of this article is to present the model of knowledge-based economy in higher education in Islamic Azad University of Tehran province. Materials and methods: The research method is applied in terms of objectives, qualitative data in terms of the type of study, and the data of the emerging foundation. Based on the purposeful snowball sampling method and based on theoretical saturation, 17 experts were selected. The data collection tool is exploratory interviews. After data collection, their analysis was done in the form of open, central and selective coding, and based on the data analysis, a suitable model of knowledge-based economy in higher education was presented. Findings: The results of the research indicate that this model consists of six dimensions: causal factors, main phenomenon, contextual factors, strategic factors, intervening factors and consequences, and 15 components and 84 constructive indicators, which compared to other Models are more reliable; Therefore, the application and operationalization of the mentioned model can greatly help to improve the quality of higher education. Conclusion: The study of knowledge-based economics in Islamic Azad Universities can be a step towards improving the quality in the higher education system, especially at the level of schools and educational groups. be considered.
