fa عوامل مؤثر بر شفافیت سازمانی و نقش‌ های مدیریتی در راستای تحقق فرصت‌ های اقتصادی شهری در شهرداری تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف مطالعه حاضر، تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر شفافیت سازمانی و نقش‌های مدیریتی جهت تحقق فرصت‌های اقتصاد شهری بوده است. این تحقیق از منظر هدف، کاربردی- توسعه‌ای و از از نظر روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایش مقطعی است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل مدیران ارشد شهرداری تهران می‎باشد که با روش هدفمند، نمونه گیری انجام شد و با ۱۳ نفر به اشباع نظری دست یافته شد. جامعه آماری بخش کمی نیز شامل مدیران و سرپرستان شهرداری است که با روش اندازه اثر ۲۰۰ نفر به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیم‌ساختارمند و پرسشنامه با طیف لیکرت پنج درجه است. تحلیل داده‌های کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون و نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا انجام شد. تحلیل کمی و اعتبارسنجی الگو نیز با روش مدل‎سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار لیزرل صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند اسناد فرادستی نظام بر عوامل قانونی و عوامل سازمانی مؤثر است. این عوامل نیز بر شفافیت سازمانی و نقش‌های مدیران شهرداری تأثیرگذار هستند. در سایه شفافیت سازمانی و نقش‌آفرینی مدیران شهرداری امکان بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های اقتصادی شهری وجود دارد و در نهایت، به توسعه پایدار شهری منجر می‌شود. The aim of this study was to analyze the factors affecting organizational transparency and managerial roles to realize the opportunities of the urban economy. This research is applied-developmental from the point of view of the goal and cross-sectional survey from the point of view of the method and time frame of data collection. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes the senior managers of Tehran Municipality, which was sampled using a targeted method and theoretical saturation was achieved with 13 people. The statistical population of the quantitative part also includes the managers and supervisors of the municipality, who were randomly selected as a sample with the effect size method of 200 people. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Qualitative data analysis was done with thematic analysis method and MaxQuda software. Quantitative analysis and validation of the model was done with structural equation modeling method and Lisrel software. The results showed that the electronic documents of the system are effective on legal and organizational factors. These factors also affect organizational transparency and the roles of municipal managers.
