fa ارزیابی قابلیت‌های بازآفرینی پیاده‌راه‌های گردشگری از منظر توسعه پایدار شهری (مطالعه موردی: خیابان 15خرداد تهران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed"></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span lang="FA">پیاده‌راه‌های گردشگری، رابط اصلی و پیوند‌دهنده فضاهای پویای شهری و گردشگران هستند و می‌توانند علاوه‌بر نقش اقتصادی و اجتماعی، عامل اساسی توسعه گردشگری شهری و حضور فعال گردشگران در فضاهای شهری، محسوب شوند.<b>&nbsp;</b></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'B Nazanin'"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span lang="FA">شهر تهران، به ویژه محدوده اصلی بافت مرکزی شهر تهران (بازار بزرگ تهران) و خیابان 15خرداد، با دارا بودن پتانسیل‌ها و ظرفیت‌های گسترده گردشگری و استفاده زیاد مردم شهر تهران (بازاریان و مردم محلی) از مسیر فوق، همچنان به امکانات رفاهی ویژه بیشتری برای گردشگری شهری نیاز دارد. </span></span></span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 115% font-family: Arial, sans-serif"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span dir="rtl" lang="FA">هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی تجارب موفق بین‌المللی و مقایسه مسیرهای پیاده‌راه‌های شهری و شناسایی این قابلیت‌ها از طریق بازآفرینی انجام شده در فضای کالبدی پیاده‌راه خیابان 15 خرداد تهران می‌باشد؛</span><span dir="rtl" lang="FA">&nbsp;</span><span dir="rtl" lang="FA">لذا مقتضی است که ضمن بررسی مجدد بازآفرینی انجام شده در مسیر پیاده‌راه خیابان 15خرداد، از نظر مواردی مانند: فضا و منظر جغرافیایی، مسافت مسیر، استفاده از علائم گردشگری و امکانات تفریحی و جاذبه‌های مناسب و امکانات بهداشتی در طول مسیر، بتوان به عنوان راهکاری مطلوب در بازتعریف این مسیر و نقاط مشابه، استفاده کرد. در این مقاله، سعی بر این است که نقاط ضعف و قوت مسیر فوق از منظرگردشگری با استفاده از مدل سوات، شناسایی شوند و برای این مهم، راهکارهای استراتژیک و راهبردهای علمی و عملی در راستای توسعه گردشگری، ارائه گردید.</span></span></span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Tourism sidewalks are the main interface and link among urban dynamic spaces and tourists, they can be counted as a basic factor of urban tourism development and active presence of tourists in addition to economic and social role.</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Tehran, particularly the main range of urban central context in Tehran (Tehran Grand Bazaar) and 15 Khordad Avenue with tourism capacities and people excessive use of it (merchants and local people), does not have welfare facilities special for urban tourism. </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">The main purpose of this research is investigating international successful experiences and comparing urban sidewalks routes and identifying these capabilities via accomplished recreation in physical space of Tehran 15 Khordad Avenue sidewalk. Therefore, it is appropriate that in addition to review of accomplished recreation in the route of 15 Khordad Avenue&rsquo;s sidewalk, in terms of cases such as space and geographic perspective, route distance, using tourism signs, recreational facilities, suitable attractions and health facilities along the path, can be used as a desirable solution in redefining this route and similar places.
