fa طراحی مدل نظام آموزش شهروندی با رویکرد شهرهای آینده در شهرداری تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;">هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل نظام آموزش شهروندی با رویکرد شهرهای آینده در شهرداری تهران است. روش این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی است و به روش اکتشافی انجام شده است. نحوه گردآوری داده‌ ها، به روش آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) صورت گرفته است و ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ ها مصاحبه با خبرگان با انجام مصاحبه‌ های تخصصی به روش دلفی و پرسشنامه می‌ باشد. از طریق پرسشنامه، تحلیل داده ‌ها در بخش کیفی به روش کدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) و در بخش کمی تجزیه و تحلیل داده ‌های جمع‌آوری شده، به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی از طریق نرم ‌افزار SPSS ۱۶ و Smart PLS انجام شد. در این تحقیق برای توصیف داده‌ ها از آمار توصیفی شامل فراوانی، درصد فراوانی، جدول توزیع فراوانی، ترسیم نمودارها و همچنین توصیف ویژگی ‌های پاسخ دهندگان به پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. در تحلیل استنباطی به روش تحلیل عاملی، به تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان دادند مولفه ‌های نوع دوستی، وجدان کاری، جوانمردی، رفتار مدنی، ادب و ملاحظه، قانون ‌گرایی، روحیه مشارکت ‌جویی، مسئولیت ‌پذیری، اعتماد به نفس، رفتار اجتماعی - سیاسی، رفتار مبتنی بر آموزه‌ های دینی و ملی، محیط زیست و توسعه پایدار و در نهایت حکمرانی هوشمند با شاخص ‌های آنها با عنوان ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ های طراحی مدل نظام آموزش شهروندی با رویکرد شهرهای آینده در شهرداری تهران شناسایی شدند. همچنین یافته &lrm;ها نشان دادند مدل از برازش مناسبی برخودار است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">The present study presents the design of a citizen education system model with the approach of future cities in Tehran Municipality. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and has been done by exploratory method. The data collection method is mixed (quantitative and qualitative) and the data collection tool is interviews with experts by conducting specialized interviews in Delphi method and a questionnaire. Then, through the implementation of the questionnaire, data analysis in the qualitative part was done by coding method (open, axial and selective) and in the quantitative part, the collected data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods through SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. In this study, descriptive statistics including frequency, frequency percentage, frequency distribution table, graphs and also describing the characteristics of the respondents to the questionnaire were used to describe the data. In inferential analysis, data analysis was performed using factor analysis. The results showed the components: altruism, work conscience, chivalry, civic behavior, politeness and consideration, legalism, participatory spirit, responsibility, self-confidence, socio-political behavior, behavior based on religious and national teachings, environment and sustainable development Finally, smart governance, with its indicators, was accepted in the municipality of Tehran under the title of dimensions and components of designing a model of citizenship education system with the approach of future cities.
