fa تحلیل تجدید حیات شهری در بافت‎ های تاریخی با تأکید بر ابعاد نابرابری‎ های اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی و زیست ‎محیطی (موردمطالعه: شهر سمنان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;">به منظور حل مشکلات ناشی از پدیده فرسودگی شهری، رهیافت‌های متعددی ارائه شده است که هیچ‌کدام به طور پایدار نتوانستند این پدیده را رفع یا کنترل نمایند. رهیافت تجدید حیات از آخرین نسل برنامه &lrm;ها به منظور بازگرداندن روند رشد اقتصادی گذشته با توجه به بعد پایداری است که تمایل به بهبود مداوم در شرایط اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی و محیطی را دارد. بنابراین این مقاله به دنبال بررسی تأثیر تجدید حیات شهری در بافت تاریخی شهر سمنان می&lrm; باشد. پـژوهش حاضر از نظـر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع&lrm; آوری و تجزیـه &lrm;و تحلیـل داده &lrm;هـا، توصـیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه ساکنان بافت تاریخی سمنان می &lrm;باشد که با روش نمونه&lrm; گیری غیراحتمالی از نوع در دسترس، ۱۸۰ نفر به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده&lrm; ها پرسشنامه محقق&lrm; ساخته بود. تحلیل و اعتبارسنجی الگو با مدل معادلات ساختاری و در بستر نرم ‌افزار آماریSmart PlS &nbsp;صورت گرفت. یافته &lrm;ها نشان دادند تجدید حیات شهری و ابعاد آن، بر فرسودگی بافت های تاریخی تأثیر منفی و معنی ‌داری دارد.&nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">This article seeks to investigate the impact of urban revitalization on the historical context of Semnan. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection and analysis. The statistical population of the study is all residents of the historical context of Semnan. Using non-probability sampling method of the available type, 180 people were selected as the sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The model was analyzed and validated with a structural equation model in the context of Smart PlS2 statistical software.
