fa بررسی نقش توان اقتصادی ساکنان بر لزوم ایجاد و رضایت از خدمات رفاهی در آپارتمان‌های شهر شیراز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span dir="RTL">انسان به </span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">عنوان موجودی کمال‌ گرا همواره درصدد بهبود اوضاع پیرامون و محیط زندگی خود بوده است. تمایل به زندگی در مسکنی با حداکثر امکانات رفاهی در جهان معاصر، گواهی بر این میل ذاتی است. امروزه صنعت ساختمان و مسکن در کشور ایران به</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">عنوان یکی از مهمترین بخش‌های اقتصاد دستخوش تغییرات گسترده ‌ای شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر توانمندی اقتصادی ساکنان بر لزوم ایجاد و رضایت از امکانات رفاهی در آپارتمان</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">ها‌ می ‌باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. </span><span dir="RTL" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">به منظور جمع ‌آوری داده‌ ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق ‌ساخته با آلفای کرونباخ ۰/۸۹ و مصاحبه استفاده گردید. جامعه‌ موردبررسی ساکنان آپارتمان‌های منطقه ۱ شهر شیراز (منطقه توسعه‌ یافته و پربرخوردار) است.</span></span><span dir="RTL"> از این جامعه بر اساس فرمول کوکران، ۳۸۳ نفر به صورت خوشه ‌ای از میان ساکنان ۳۰ آپارتمان انتخاب شدند. </span><span dir="RTL" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">سپس در نرم</span></span><span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">&lrm;</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">افزار </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">SPSS ۲۵</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">به بررسی ارتباط بین میزان درآمد ساکنان و متغیرهای پژوهش با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی، </span></span><span dir="RTL" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">همبستگی اسپیرمن و فریدمن </span></span><span dir="RTL" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان سرمایه اقتصادی در ایجاد خدمات رفاهی تأثیرگذار است، اما سرمایه اجتماعی و فرهنگی در میزان رضایت از این امکانات تأثیرگذاری بیشتری دارد. </span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="line-height:115%">Man, as a creature that seeks perfection, has always sought to improve the situation around him and his living environment. The desire to live in housing with maximum amenities in the contemporary world is a testament to this innate desire. Today, the construction and housing industry in Iran, as one of the most important economic sectors, has undergone extensive changes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of economic empowerment of residents on the need to create and satisfaction of welfare facilities in apartments. The method of the present study is descriptive-correlational. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire with Cronbach&#39;s alpha of 0.89 and an interview were used. The study population is the residents of apartments in District 1 of Shiraz (developed and high-income area). From this community, according to the Cochran&#39;s formula, 383 people were selected in clusters from among the residents of 30 apartments. Then in SPSS 25 software, the relationship between residents&#39; income and research variables was investigated using descriptive statistics, Spearman and Friedman correlation.
