fa بررسی شاخص‌های کمّی و کیفی مؤثر در برنامه‌ریزی فضای سبز شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر میانه) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;">افزایش جمعیت شهری و در نتیجه رشد و گسترش ابعاد فیزیکی و اجتماعی شهرها، تأثیرات قابل توجهی بر زندگی شهری دارد؛ به طوری که امروزه مفهوم شهرها بدون در نظر گرفتن فضای سبز در اشکال گوناگون آن، غیرقابل تصور است. از این رو هدف اصلی این پژوهش، کمک به ارتقا و بهبود کیفیت فضای سبز در شهر میانه است. روش تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. پس از شناخت مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های مؤثر در برنامه‌ریزی فضای سبز شهری، به بررسی آن در حوزه‌های چهارگانه شهر میانه پرداخته شد. در نهایت، برای تعیین تعداد اعضای نمونه آماری، از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد. جامعه آماری، تمامی استفاده‌کنندگان از پارک‌ها و فضای سبز شهر میانه؛ در ماه‌های مرداد، شهریور و مهرسال 1391 بود که با فرض سطح اطمینان 95 درصد، تعداد 383 نفر برآورد شد. 383 پرسشنامه با در نظر گرفتن مقیاس و شعاع دسترسی هر پارک، به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، توزیع شد. روش گردآوری داده‌ها براساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی و مصاحبه با 10 کارشناس مرتبط با فضای سبز شهری به ارائه راهکارهایی در راستای برنامه‌ریزی مطلوب فضای سبز شهر میانه، پرداخته شد. براساس نتایج تحقیق، مؤلفه کالبدی، بیشترین اهمیت نسبی را در میان سایر مؤلفه‌‌ها به خود اختصاص داده و مؤلفه‌های زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی، در درجه‌های بعدی اهمیت قرار گرفته‌اند. همچنین وضعیت فضای سبز حوزه 3 شهر میانه، نسبت به سایر حوزه‌های این شهر در سطح پایین‌تری می‌باشد؛ بنابراین باید در اولویت برنامه‌ریزی و احداث فضای سبز شهری قرار گیرد.</span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Increase in urban population and, the growth and spread of physical and social dimensions of cities has a significant impact on urban life, so that nowadays the concept of cities without regarding green spaces and its various forms is unthinkable. Hence the main objective of this research is to improve the quality of green space in the city of Miyaneh. This Research In terms of the target is an applied research and In terms of method is a descriptive-analytical research. After identifying the components effective and factors on the planning of urban green space, these indicators in four areas were evaluated in the Miyaneh. The target population of this research is all the users of parks and green spaces in the city center, in the months of August, September and October 1391. Then by Using Cochran formula, 383 questionnaires with regard to the scale and reach within the park were distributed randomly. Data was gathered by using the study of literature, documentary method and interview with 10 experts who were familiar to the research subject. Using hierarchical analysis process (AHP), the relative importance of each of these indexes has been set the existing. Parks and green spaces, due to the factors considered were evaluated and through identifying shortcomings, deficiencies and required levels for planning the green spaces in the Miyaneh, some optimal solutions were provided. Based on the results, the physical component, has the largest relative importance among other factors and also environmental, social and economic components are in secondary grade.
