fa رتبه ‎بندی چالش‎های پیش‎روی سرمایه‌گذاران ساخت‎وساز در بافت‎های فرسوده شهر کرمان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><strong>چکیده</strong>: با گسترش جوامع شهری و شهرنشینی، پیدایش بافت&lrm;های فرسوده بافت قدیم و حاشیه شهر&lrm;ها، امری اجتناب&lrm;ناپذیر است. این مناطق با توجه به ویژگی&lrm;های جغرافیایی و اقلیمی خود از اهمیت بالایی برای فضای شهری برخوردار هستند. شهر کرمان نیز مشابه با سایر مناطق ایران با معضل بافت&lrm;های فرسوده مواجه است. از آنجا که فرسودگی این بافت&lrm;ها مشکلات متعدد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و انسانی ایجاد می&lrm;کند، تلاش برای بهسازی و نوسازی بافت&lrm;های فرسوده، اهمیت زیادی دارد. هدف این مقاله رتبه&lrm;بندی عمده&lrm;ترین چالش&lrm;های پیش&lrm;روی سرمایه&lrm;گذاران ساخت&lrm;وساز در بافت فرسوده شهر کرمان است. در این راستا با روش کتابخانه&lrm;ای- میدانی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه، نظرات نمونه&lrm;ای متشکل از ۱۰ نفر خبره سرمایه&lrm;گذار در بافت فرسوده شهر کرمان، جمع&lrm;آوری شده است. به منظور تجزیه&lrm;وتحلیل داده&lrm;ها، از روش تحلیل سلسله&lrm;مراتبی فازی در فضای نرم&rlm;افزار MATLAB استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان دادند که عمده&lrm;ترین چالش&lrm;های پیش&lrm;روی سرمایه&lrm;گذاران در بافت فرسوده شهر کرمان، چالش&lrm;های اقتصادی و فنی- مهندسی است.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">With the expansion of urban societies and urbanization, the emergence of worn-out texture of the old fabric and the margin of cities is inevitable. Given their geographical and climatic characteristics, these areas are of great importance for urban space. The city of Kerman is similar to other Iranian regions with the emergence of worn-out texture. Since the exhaustion of these contexts causes many social, economic and human problems, efforts to improve and renovate worn tissues are important. The purpose of this paper is to rank the main challenges faced by construction investors in the worn-out texture of Kerman. In this regard, using library-field method and using a questionnaire, sample views of 10 investors in the worn-out texture of Kerman city have been collected. In order to analyze the data, the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method has been used in MATLAB software space.
