fa ارزیابی شاخص‌های فضای معماری ساختمان‌های تجاری بزرگ‌مقیاس با رویکرد تهدیدات و مخاطرات شهری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong style="font-family: yekanyw; font-size: 14px;">چکیده:</strong><span style="font-family: yekanyw; font-size: 14px;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span style="font-size:14px;">دستیابی به معیارهای فنی که با به‌کار بستن آن‌ها در مرحله طراحی معماری ساختمان‌های تجاری بزرگ‌مقیاس که به عنوان یکی از کاربری‌های مهم در برنامه‌ریزی شهری محسوب می‌گردد، می‌تواند سطح امنیت شهروندان را در برابر انواع تهدیدات و مخاطرات طبیعی، افزایش دهد و موجب کاهش آسیب‌پذیری و ارائه استمرار خدمات و فعالیت این ساختمان‌ها می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با ماهیت توسعه‌ای- کاربردی و روش توصیفی- پیمایشی، به بررسی موضوع در ساختمان‌های تجاری بزرگ مقیاس پرداخته است. در این پژوهش، برای ارزیابی فضای معماری ساختمان‌های تجاری بزرگ‌مقیاس، پنج معیار استمرار فعالیت در شرایط اضطراری، هزینه، تسهیل خروج اضطراری، کاهش اثر انفجار و زلزله در نظر گرفته شده است. این پژوهش، با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های Swara و Smart به بررسی موضوع و ارائه مدل جهت ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری فضای معماری، پرداخته است. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی معیارها و شاخص‌های فضای معماری، نشان می‌دهد معیارهای قابلیت کاهش اثر انفجار، تسهیل خروج اضطراری، استمرار فعالیت در شرایط بحران، زلزله و هزینه با وزن‌های ۳۰۵۶/۰، ۲۷۷۸/۰، ۲۳۱۵/۰، ۱۸۵۲/۰ و ۱۵۴۳/۰ در رتبه‌های اول تا پنجم قرار گرفته‌اند. با بهره‌گیری از مدل ارائه شده، می‌توان فضای معماری ساختمان‌های تجاری بزرگ‌مقیاس در برابر تهدیدات و مخاطرات شهری را مورد ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری قرار داد و همچنین میزان آسیب‌پذیری و نقاط ضعف این ساختمان‌ها در هر شاخص و معیار را بررسی کرد.</span></span> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Abstract: Achieving to technical criteria that by applying them in architectural design stage of large commercial buildings, considered as one of the most important uses in urban planning, can increase the level of citizens&rsquo; security against all kinds of natural hazards and threats, and reduce vulnerability and it can provide continuation of the services and activities of these buildings. The present study has a developmental-applied nature. By descriptive-survey method, the issue is investigated in large-scale commercial buildings. In this research, to assess the architectural space of large-scale commercial buildings, five criteria including continuity of activities in emergencies, costs, facilitating emergency exit, reducing the impact of explosions and earthquakes are considered. In this research, using Swara and Smart methods, the subject matter and the proposed model for evaluating the vulnerability of the architectural space are discussed. The results of the evaluation of the criteria and indicators of the architectural space indicate that the criteria for reducing the effect of the explosion, facilitating emergency exit, the continuity of activities in crisis, earthquake and cost with the weights of 0.3056, 0.2778, 0.2315, 1852.0 and 0.1543 are ranked first to fifth.
