fa شناخت مؤلفه‌های شهروند هوشمند در محیط شهری با رویکرد یادگیری فناورانه (موردمطالعه: شهر یزد) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;">مؤلفه شهروند هوشمند در سایه نظریه رشد هوشمند و تعالی شهری به فراموشی سپرده شده است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که در قالب این نظریه، اغلب برنامه‌ریزان و طراحان شهری تنها به بررسی شاخص‌های اقتصاد و خدمات هوشمند در شهرها می‌پردازند و کمتر به سبک زندگی و فرهنگ شهروندان و تأثیر آن بر پیشرفت شهری می‌پردازند. از این رو در این پژوهش، شاخص‌های شهروند هوشمند و مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر آن در پیشرفت و تعالی شهر یزد، ارزیابی شدند. به این منظور با پیمایش از نمونه منتخب شهروندان، داده<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های مناسب در قالب پرسش<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>نامه چندگزینه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ای دارای روایی و پایایی مطلوب، گردآوری گردید. با استفاده از تحلیل<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>عاملی اکتشافی در نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span>، به اعتبار و پایایی متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته پرداخته شد و سپس مؤلفه‌های مستخرج، نام‌گذاری شدند. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از تحلیل<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>عاملی تأییدی در نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">AMOS</span>، اعتبار سازه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های تحقیق، مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. رابطه آماری بین متغیرها با شاخص‌های آن، تأیید گردید. در الگوی نهایی تحقیق، با استفاده از آزمون‌های برازش مدل،‌ روابط بین متغیرها و اثرگذاری متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته تأیید شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن هستند که اهمیت عامل قانون<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>مداری با ۵۷۹/۳۱ درصد واریانس تبیین شده نسبت به دیگر عامل‌ها چشم‌گیرتر است و شهروندان، نقش قانون<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>مداری را در ویژگی‌های شهروند هوشمند، با اهمیت<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>تر می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>دانند. از دید شهروندان، استفاده بهینه از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و شکل‌گیری شهر هوشمند، آثار مثبتی بر ابعاد گوناگون اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی شهر یزد دارد. بنابراین ضمن توجه به ضرورت آموزش‌هایی با شیوه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ها و محتوایی نوین، نقش <span dir="LTR">ICT</span> را در تجربه زندگی بهتر باارزش قلمداد می‌کنند.</span></span> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Abstract: Smart citizenship component has been forgotten in the light of the theory of smart growth and urban excellence. In this theory, most urban planners and planners only study the indicators of the economy and exceptional services in cities, and the lifestyle and culture of citizens and its impact. They are less concerned with urban development. In this regard, in this research, Yazd city has been selected as the study to evaluate the indicators of smart citizens and its components in urban development and excellence. A survey from a sample of citizens, appropriate data was collected through a multi-criteria questionnaire with desirable validity and reliability. Using SPSS software, exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the validity and reliability of independent and dependent variables and then the named components were named. In the next step, using the confirmatory factor analysis in AMOS software, the validity of the research structures was tested. The statistical relation between the variables and their indices was confirmed. In the final model, using the fittest tests, the relationships between the variables and the effect of independent and dependent variables were confirmed. Findings of the research indicate that the significance of the law-governed factor is 31.579 percent of the variance explained more than other factors and citizens consider the role of law-governed in the characteristics of the smart citizen more critical. From the perspective of citizens, the optimal use of information and communication technology and the formation of the smart city have a positive effect on the various economic, social, and environmental dimensions of Yazd city.
