The economy is also one of the areas where the presence of this technology has led to many developments, so that one can add electronic suffixes to many sub-categories of this area, such as e-banking and e-commerce, which has changed the past conditions of each sub-category. This paper presents a conceptual approach for evaluating and ranking the services of electronic banking devices. This paper discusses the qualitative dimensions of electronic devices such as: the number of cards, the number of ATMs, POSs, and the number of their transactions; and the defined performance for each dimension is defined as the amount as output are the numerator and the number of cards or devices, or the number of transactions of electronic devices as inputs are the denominator, then the banks were ranked and analyzed by TOPSIS and VICOR method using electronic devices. The data are separately sorted by months and provinces in ten-year intervals for ten different banks. Given that the performance evaluation of banks differs according to measuring indices, this paper examines which method provides a more accurate measurement based on the indices. The result of variance analysis for the TOPSIS method implies that the use of electronic devices is not significant, while it is significant in the VIKOR method, and it is suggested that the TOPSIS method is used in the ranking of banks in the use of electronic devices.
