Following negotiations with IUESA, the municipality of holy Mashhad provided the primary basis for setting up a branch of IUESA in holy Mashhad.
The review board of this branch consists of the senior Governor, managers of municipality,Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Islamic Azad University. The main objectives to setting up the branch: - Development the relationships with academic and research centers specialized in the province - Qualitative and quantitative development and improvement of educational and research activities in the fields of Urban Economics and Management - Lay the groundwork for the development of scientific and technical capacities of implementing agencies
