New locks cannot be opened by old keys

IUESA: referring to the role and position of cities in economic arenas, Dr. Hossein Mohammadpour Zarandi said: if we identify competitive advantages of the cities, we can take advantage of their presence in economic arenas.

Saying that to build tomorrow cities we need to use new management and economic methods, the head of international conference on urban economics said new locks cannot be opened by old keys.
