Municipalities are one of the institutions whose function is important because of their direct connection with people's lives. Municipalities' revenue sources play a significant role in the quality of services to the people. This study investigates the effect of developing entrepreneurial strategies on the sustainable income of Tehran Municipality. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study is 45 staff members and experts working in Tehran Municipality and 50 experts in the field of income working in Tehran Municipality. Using Morgan table, 76 people answered the questionnaire by available sampling method, which were selected from different areas of Tehran Municipality. In order to measure the sustainable income of the municipality, a questionnaire was designed according to Kashkoli and Kashkoli (1398) research with nine items. Also, to assess entrepreneurial strategies, the standard Margaret Hill questionnaire with the dimensions of entrepreneurial culture, organizational actions and flexibility with ten items was used. In order to assess the validity, a research questionnaire was given to experts and professors and corrective comments were made. In this study, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure reliability using SPSS software. Cronbach's alpha value for each research construct was higher than 0.7, which indicates high reliability. In this research, correlation analysis test and structural equations using Smart PLS and SPSS software have been used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Findings indicated that there was a significant relationship between the development of entrepreneurial strategies and its dimensions with the sustainable income of Tehran Municipality.
