Also, the shocks to the number of employed people and </span></span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">urban infrastructure (</span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">the number of roads) do not have a significant effect on the sustainable income of Tehran Municipality. The number of employed people shows the greatest response to itself shocks. Urban population fluctuations are strongly affected by shocks to the number of urban employment. The behavior of human capital (the number of students) is significantly affected by economic conditions, especially urban income.
