Holding with the presence of experienced experts nationally and internationally, we try to indicate that how city management should take step to achieve urban sustainable economy and how banks and urban financial institutes can help to finance city management with human-oriented and society-based look. It is obvious that these issues should be accompanied by cultural, geographical, social and economic requirements, since the experience shows that theorizing in the vacancy and modeling without observing mentioned circumstances will not lead to urban sustainable development. Therefore, IUESA, with fully realization of these necessities, tries and wants to be the scout of deep and serious look to urban economy by holding this conference and help city management in this way.

Noting that urban diplomacy should be improved for urban economy boost, he added, cities play special role in domestic GDP in most of developed countries so that Lima in Peru has 25% of population; about 50% of GDP of this country, and Sao Paulo creates about 40% of value added of Brazil.

Noting that 16% of the population lives in Tehran Province, the secretary of IUESA said, development of urban economy should be addressed differently in post-sanctions.
